Adam is providing sales leadership and support for the nonprofit senior living provider’s seven Texas communities.
Buckner Retirement Services named Alyssa Adam to the position of senior director of sales. In her new role, Adam is leading community sales teams, implementing sales processes and initiatives, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Adam comes to Buckner with 14 years of experience in senior living marketing and sales. In her most recent role, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Legacy Senior Communities where she led marketing and sales efforts, in-house advertising communications, website redevelopment and more. She has also held leadership sales and marketing roles at Greystone Communities, Asbury Communities, and Methodist Retirement Communities.
In addition to her work experience, Adam obtained her bachelor’s degree in advertising and journalism from the University of Kansas. She also conducted graduate work toward her MBA at the Keller Graduate School of Management.
“My passion for seniors began with my personal relationship with all my grandparents,” said Adam. “The love for my grandparents, my parents, and my family fuels my dedication to the good work we do in senior living, making it deeply meaningful to me.”
Regarding her short-term goals, Adam said she is excited to travel to each Buckner community and get to know the residents and employees. “I want to help Buckner Retirement Services reach new heights in census and revenue generation but also in our care and commitment to our seniors. I'm thrilled to be part of a winning team.”
